I study computer Games design at the university of Bolton, I live in Manchester on a lil island at the top of western Europe, last time I checked I think it was still called the UK.

obsessed with games to the extent that my life revolves around them, (dam the megadrive/Genisis, if never had one things might of been different); love all types of games, but have a deep love for the Unreal series , is just so much fun, plus am starting to learn how to design levels in the editor which is cool, plus the amount of games using the unreal 3 engine at the moment is off the wall, another game I really like but refuse to play is Oblivion (elder scrolls 4), far to addictive, total game time across PC, and PS3 is 450 hours, bought a second copy of the game on the ps3 when the game of the year addition game out, debating weather or not to get it for 360.

Also like the Final fantsy series, 7 was the best plot wise, even do they are really milking it.

Tekken is another series am fond of as well as Soul Calibre, really looking forawrd to tek 6 coming out:- want to see what happens to Jin.

Halo 1 and 2, not played 3 yet, need to to see how they wrap up the trilogy but have played it, did not enjoy what I played compared with... dare I say it, Halo 2!

GTA 4:

love the series but al admit I was a lil sick at first (coming from a chap that plays the game and goes on a killing spree for an hour just to put the number up), I think it is nice how realistic it was, but Rockstar (ha english company) sought of sidesteped a little, where is the additional options like the tats, cars that can be moddied, user radio? well rockstar do use the first game they release on a next gen console as a test bed, lets hope the next game is not as boring.

I like to have a fat joint when playing some games mostly audio surf or unreal, also like a good pint (beer to those in other countrys), but I prefer my cronic, mostly on a weekend when I have free time and can have a nice break from studying.

I also play alot of Retro games:- I decided as a student of games design it is a good working practice to look at these old games and see what works well, I am a diehard sonic fan, love sonic, hate the fact that sega is dead as a hardware manifacturer,:( , was the first game I played (sonic 1 Megadrive/Genisis).

also like nintendo, hay there inovative, andso what if most games on there platforms are cute, zelda is great, Mario is a legend and Pokemon is still a world wide phenomenom, and I play the majority of these games.

Soul Calibre 4:- mostly using this game to get over my Tekken addiction, well until TEk 6 is out.

will add more games later.

Discovered this site while doing a task set by my lecturer, decided to join, as I want to compete, also you all play games, so will be interesting research.

other side of the coin:

I want to play against hardcore gamers, see if there really are woman that play games (sorry in england does not really exist to snooty), as well as make some gamer freinds and see if I can find a gamer lady.
