Recruiting Grounds is a Video Gamer Social Network Started By Gamers, for Gamers.

Recruiting grounds was founded by two brothers: Jason Jasura and Shane Jasura. Shane has been an avid gamer since childhood and still is to this day. Jason while not as dedicated as shane, still shares a passion for some finger numbing competition. Jason has been involved in entrepenurial activity on the internet for about 5 years. Earlier this year, Jason was looking for his next venture. The concept of social networking had become an insomnia inducing obsession for him. After pondering about this more, he was inspired by a late night phone call from Shane regarding a gaming gaming website he was looking to create. The two put their strengths together and recruiting grounds was born. Friends and family have also contributed to the growing phases of this effort. With this help, we are able to keep this site up and running with no membership fees.

Gamers are some of the most passionate hobbyists there are. The diversity of the activity allow for solo or massive group play. We believe that a large community of gamers to engage with will lead to a more meaningful gaming experience. With the inception of internet game play, the paradigm of multiplayer gaming has shifted. Gaming enthusiasts no longer have to crowd together on the neighbors couch to get a multiplayer experience. Our website acts as a funnel that unites gamers in scattered locations.
