I say yes (granted I have said that for the last 3 seasons but this one is different).  JP Losman improved vastly throughout the season last year.  Willis Mcgahee had a subpar season, but with a few changes and a little work on the O line this offseason and the improving passing game he should have a more productive year

The Defense needs to find a way to keep Clements and Fletcher! If they do that and boost their D line to improve on run defense they should do alright

this is the MARV LEVY way.. he will dump all the big headed money grubbers and works through the draft.  He did it in the early 90's and look how that worked out.  As for this season you may be right unfortunately, it seems like they are rebuilding....again, but in time we will be better
