Back in January a Philadephia man called Mickey DeLorenzo claimed on his blog that he had lost nine pounds playing Wii Sports for 30 minutes a day for a month.

A New York City taco bell restaurant was invaded by an army of 1lb rats. Apparently this has been an ongoing problem and the restaurant was shut down by the health department.
