Fit Into Your Dream Wedding Dress by Losing Tummy Fat
Posted On 02/03/2010 21:59:06

If you've already started to look for your wedding dresses, you've probably come across them that are absolutely stunning. But

you've probably also encountered the situation where you've had to leave a dress on the hanger because it simply wouldn't fit

you.
There's no reason for this to be the case! This is your wedding and your dress should reflect the kind of bride you are.

Stand up, take a deep breath and decide that you're going to take action now!
One of the most common areas women have trouble with is their stomachs. They may cause the dress to pull or appear tight and

by losing tummy fat, you can avoid this ill-fitting look and get the dress you really want.
One thing that brides often think they need to do is crash diet. This form of dieting is going to work against you. The

severe restriction of wedding dresses is going to fool your body for a short time. Sure you're going to lose a few pounds but it's

also going to put your body into starvation mode.
After losing water weight and little fat, your body's weight loss will start to slow and you'll lose muscle mass. You'll also

be depriving your body of vitamins and minerals which are necessary to everyday functions. You don't want to be the bride

that fits into her wedding dresses but faints before ever making it to the alter due to malnourishment.
Remember to drink plenty of water. This flushes toxins from your body, keeps you hydrated and will give you a "full" feeling

which will help to avoid snacking. Staying hydrated will also be beneficial to your hair and skin, keeping you looking your

best for your big day.
Avoid diet sodas and other drinks that are carbonated and high in sodium. High salt intake can lead to a bloated look and the

carbonation can actually cause gas build ups around your midsection. An easy tip for losing tummy fat is to stay away from

drinks that are high in calories and low on any nutritional value.
Most importantly, exercise! Try to find in a couple 20 - 30 minute work out sessions a day. Crunches, reverse crunches,

pelvic tilts, yoga for weight loss, all of these are great ways to work on losing tummy fat. Intensity is really going to

help you out here. Keep that wedding dresses in mind and envision you leaner and looking like the belle of the ball on your big day.

Bridesmaid Etiquette - The Duties That Come With Those Bridesmaid Dresses
Posted On 02/03/2010 21:56:50

Being a wedding dresses is an honor. Being asked to wear those bridesmaid dresses is something that any lady wants - albeit not

for countless times as in the case of Jane Nichols in the movie 27 Dresses. Still, being a bridesmaid is a big deal - it is

something that a lady prepares for.
But remember that there's more to being a bridesmaid besides walking down the aisle with one of the groomsmen. There's more

to being a bridesmaid besides looking great on one of the wedding dresses. Indeed, as a bridesmaid, you will have

responsibilities - to the wedding and most especially to the bride.
Here are some of these duties:
The Parties
Planning the bridal shower and the bachelorette parties are among your major responsibilities as a bridesmaid - together with

the other bridesmaids and the maid of honor. So when you have the official word that you are have the privilege to be in one

of the bridesmaid dresses, go and plan for the bridal shower or the bachelorette party. These parties symbolize the bride-to

-be's last hurrah - the last party she gets into as "single."
Try starting with the guest list. Ask the bride who she wants to be in those parties. Usually, only the closest friends and

family members are invited.
The Shopping
There are a lot of things to shop for: wedding favors, wedding cakes, wedding dresses - Toronto or elsewhere. So as someone

who is a recipient of one of those bridesmaid dresses, make sure that you are ready to go with the bride to boutiques, shops

and just about everywhere else. She would also truly need a hand in scouting for designs of mother of the bride dresses -

Toronto or wherever part of the world it may be.
Of course, when you go shopping with the bride, your opinion is valuable. So make sure that you provide her with that. She

already has a lot of things on her plate so she could truly make use of a fresh perspective and an outsider's point of view -

these are two things that you can provide.
The Emotional Buffer
Planning a wedding dresses is stressful. The bride will be stretched in every direction - having to approve the color of the

centrepiece, arranging the accommodation of relatives and visitors from out of town. And you know, the body can only take so

much, so sooner or later, the bride will feel that she's spreading herself too thin during the preparation.
Good thing that you are there. So as one of the "wearers" of those bridesmaid dresses, provide the bride with emotional and

moral support. Cheer her up. Be with her when she needs to unwind or to get some fresh air. After all, you are close to the

bride - you would less likely become a bridesmaid if both of you don't share some kind of connection. So while you are at it,

might as well get in with the role.
These are just some of the duties of the wedding dresses. Come actual wedding ceremony, you are in for more responsibilities.
So once again, be that darling and embrace your bridesmaid duties whole-heartedly. Who knows, you could be the next bride -

when that time comes, you would be the recipient of all these wonderful help from your bridesmaids.

Holiday Evening and Sexy Club Dresses 2009 - The Theme is Romance
Posted On 02/03/2010 21:53:02

Fashion's top wedding dresses are rolling out their new look for the 2009/2010 Holiday Season and one look stands out - Romantic.

Whether for a formal reception or a crazy night at the club, what you will be wearing is a soft, airy and delicate confection

that murmurs running off to the High Seas with that bandit pirate or giving yourself to a demon lover. Each designer has

decided to show off his or her take on this particular theme with loads of variations ranging from bright splashy colors to

daring prints.
Fashion consultant, Blake Logan, says "Sexy this holiday season means fantasy, romance and the ultra feminine. Get ready to

wedding dresses to show off at night but your outfit will definitely serve double duty for an intimate drink by the fire."
New designs by Robert Cavalli feature rich colors and statement prints while Dolce favors soft pastels and loose, body free

lines that flow when you move. Victoria's Secret has opted for darker, richer colors and warm clingy fabrics to make you feel

cozy while you party. Online retailers Nordstrom and Victoria's secret have been slow to display their holiday offerings this

season, choosing instead to make November Fall sale month and clear their inventories for new looks. Others are offering

exciting previews of their holiday styles in sexy wedding dresses. It may be a chance for the smart shopper to find exactly the right

dress while the selection is good.
Forplay fashions emphasize the ultra sexy with daring high cut hems and slashing plunges on the bust and sides. Ujena's

cruise line is also innovative with dresses that can serve as beach covers and casual night out fashions. This summer Forplay

introduced the interesting Four Way Dress that could be worn in different ways for a variety of looks. Some of Forplay's

shorter mini dresses could also be worn as skirts. DKNY is capitalizing on that idea for the holidays with an adaptable

version of the traditional severe DKNY look for that can be worn as discreet or daring, comfortable daywear or as sexy

wedding dresses for the evening.
Prices seem to have dropped a bit from last season, reflecting perhaps the new cost conscious consumer. Choice and variety

are better than ever. See ya New Year's Eve!

Dress Your Way Through an Interview
Posted On 02/03/2010 21:50:33

I've mentioned in previous articles the importance of presentation when seeking employment. I cannot wedding dresses this enough. I

ran across the perfect example recently. I was talking to two young women about the topic. One young woman said that she had

gone on an interview and was told next time to dress up more. She said she though she was dressed alright. If someone has to

tell you, follow the advice.
Don't underestimate the results that a good presentation will bring. Even if you are only applying for a phone job and think

no one will see you, remember that your employer will see you. I would suggest that if you are capable, apply for a job that

is better than you thought you could get. For example, if you are looking for retail or minimum wage employment, consider

seeking an office position. The pay may be higher and you will be exposed to opportunities.
Here is an wedding dresses that might inspire you while you are looking. Go to the places you would like to work. Envision what it

would be like to work there. Observe the dress code. Observe how the employees interact with each other and the public. This

will give you an idea of how to prepare for an interview there.
For ladies needing assistance with clothing, look up your local clothing charity program that offers assistance. Programs

like Success in Style in Ellicott City, MD, The Bottomless Closet in Chicago, Suited to Succeed and wedding dresses for Success provide

free suits to low income women seeking employment. I have not seen comparable programs for men, but if you purchase a suit

from Men's Warehouse, they offer services such as free ironing.
For men, dress pants and a dress shirt are a better choice than jeans and a t-shirt. For women, the same applies. I would

advise against dressing provocatively. Let them see your talent and skill, rather than distraction. Pay attention to detail

with nails, hair and wedding dresses. Keep accessories to a minimum.
Comfort may be a priority to you, but you can relax once you have the job. Getting the job is the key. Remember, you are

competing against others for the position. You can do it. It just takes practice.

Wedding Traditions for your Dream Wedding
Posted On 01/27/2010 19:22:39

Whether you are planning your very own dream wedding or helping out a friend, you can never run out of good ideas to make the day perfect. One way to honor this momentous day is to know about, and follow certain wedding dresses that can make this day of unity memorable for the decades to come! You can, of course, adjust to these traditions and have a pick of those which fit your wedding theme. Whether you want to use one tradition or if you want to use all of them, they will help to create a perfect wedding day that will be remembered forever!

1. Something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue... This popular rhyme is one of the many wedding traditions followed by most brides despite culture or race. To use something old (like a piece of jewelry passed on from the bride's family) is to tie the bond with family members. To use something new (cheap wedding dresses, a tiara, or even a ring) is to welcome the bride and groom's new life together. To borrow a happily married woman's item (earrings, a special pin, a necklace) passes on the good luck for a happy marriage. And to use something blue (a precious stone on a ring, flowers) brings fidelity to the marriage.

2. First piece of the wedding cake... This is often shared by the couple as shown in the ceremonious cutting of the wedding cake. The newlyweds are often seen to give each other their first bite of the cake. This is done to symbolize the sharing of life together and of creating bonds with each other. The wheat used to bake the wedding cake symbolizes fertility and the sweetness symbolizes the sweet and happy union of  the couple.

3. The white bridal dress... While more and more brides opt to incorporate color to buy wedding dress, using a white bridal dress remains to be one of the dominant wedding traditions all over the world. Mary Queen of Scots was known to be the first royal bride to wear white on her wedding. White is known to symbolize the purity and virginity of the bride. While this idea can be quite unfitting for most modern women, white remains to be the favorite color for weddings. The color is also believed to ward off evil spirits that may haunt the newlyweds' union. Despite these beliefs, some brides simply look amazing on white wedding dresses.

4. Throwing of  aion kinah... Throwing rice grains on the newlyweds right after the wedding ceremony is known to symbolize good luck and prosperity for the newlyweds. While some churches have already banned this particular wedding tradition, there are still many who follow it, making sure to do everything to wish the bride and groom the best.

5. The throwing of the wedding bouquet... This is one of the many wedding traditions that is seen in most weddings. After the wedding ceremony, all single women gather round the bride. The bride turns her back to the kinah aion and throws away her wedding bouquet. The single woman who catches the bouquet is said to be the next in line to get the good tidings of marriage.

The Perfect Wedding Dresses
Posted On 01/12/2010 03:02:11

Whether you're getting married for the first time or the second time you'll want to have the perfect wedding dress for your big day. This means a lot of planning as you shop ahead of time, looking at as many wedding dresses as you can before finding the right one.

If you can afford it you'll want to buy something original and new. But for most people an original wedding dress is far from reality. There are many wedding shops where you live that will offer you great wedding dresses at prices that you can afford. Many times, however, all these dresses will look one like the other without much originality.

If you want a designer wedding dress but don't think that you can fit it into your budget you might want to think again. There is a great place online where you can buy a designer dress at a price that fits into your wedding budget. That place is eBay.

EBay is a great place to find wedding dresses for sale that haven't been worn or that have been worn for that one time. You'll be able to pick up a Caroline Castigliano dress for less than half price. A dress that costs over $2000 new can be found at eBay for under $200. This is because sellers want to get rid of the product that they've been holding on to since their wedding and are now selling at a great price.

There are some people who make their living by buying designer wedding dresses and reselling them on eBay for you to profit from. Keep in mind that you most likely won't be able to return the dress that you buy on eBay so be absolutely certain of your size and measurements so that you don't make any mistakes. Buying a dress for your wedding doesn't have to be boring!
